It’s that time of year. Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference opened yesterday and true to form, some very exciting announcements were made. Apple’s top executives took to the stage to show off the new MacBook Pro with the world’s highest resolution notebook display and up to 768GB of flash-based storage.  The new Macbook Pro starts at $2199, with the most expensive model topping $4000, the good news,  it’s available right now. Also on its way is iOS6, which will bring updates to everyone’s favorite personal assistant. Siri will now read you sports scores and stats, find movie trailers, and dictate posts to Twitter and Facebook. With the iOS upgrade, Siri will be delighting iPad users for the first time. Also new to iOS6 will be the ability to FaceTime over cellular networks, a Safari update, and a new Maps program.  Lastly, the MacBook Air are getting more powerful and less expensive.
