Adobe announced AI Foundry, a new service that offers custom generative AI models for large brands. Instead of giving companies another self-serve tool, Adobe offers a managed service where its engineers work directly with enterprise clients to create brand-specific models trained on their own data, imagery, and creative assets.

Now, a company can have its own (private) version of Adobe Firefly that understands its products, colors, logos, and tone of voice. Every image, video, or design the model generates is brand-safe, legally clear, and ready for commercial use. Adobe says the models stay private to each client and include built-in content-tracking metadata for IP protection.

AI Foundry solves the “we’re not allowed to use public AI tools” problem. Most enterprise marketing teams worry about copyright, brand consistency, and losing control of proprietary assets. Adobe’s new service combines its creative-software expertise with enterprise-grade governance to give companies a way to scale AI-driven content production safely, protecting both their intellectual property and their brand integrity.

Early partners reportedly include Disney Imagineering and Home Depot. Pricing and performance details haven’t been shared.

Generative AI is easy to try and hard to trust. With AI Foundry, Adobe is turning trust into a service. This may be just what it takes to bring AI out of the lab and into the workflow.
