I’m Shelly Palmer and this is Digital Living: You can visit the Apple store and pre-order the New iPad, but should you?  It’s got a faster processor, better camera, it shoots in HD and it’s 4G.  And, although it does not have Siri, the new iPad does take dictation.  It’s the same price, except for the data plans, which cost a lot more.  So, should you buy one? Well, as I like to say, if you want an iPad, nothing else will do.  An iPad is “the” tablet to own and, as everyone knows, it is also a fashion accessory.  That said, if you own an iPad 2, you don’t really need a New iPad unless you live in an area with excellent 4G coverage.  There’s no point paying for a faster network connection that you can’t really use.  Of course, if you dont’ have an iPad or if you have an original iPad and you really want Facetime, two cameras, HD video and a faster processor, now would be a great time to buy.  Visit shellypalmer.com to learn more about it, I’m Shelly Palmer.
