U.K. police arrested whom they believe is one of the leaders of the hacker group Anonymous, known for e-terrorizing governments and companies. The unnamed suspect is known as @Topiary on Twitter and has been one of the main voices of dissent, stating, “You can’t arrest an idea.” Whether the group’s acts are activism or crimes, you can certainly arrest a person.
