Pentagon Goes After WikiLeaks
WikiLeaks is in possession of 15,000 additional secret Afghan war records, that haven’t been published. The Pentagon has demanded that WikiLeaks hand over the sensitive documents and remove the 70,000 documents they’ve already published to the site. If WikiLeaks doesn’t cooperate, the FBI and Justice Department will decide the best way to proceed.

YouTube Video + Traffic Stop = Jail Time
Anthony Garber was pulled over for speeding on his motorcycle, and faces jail time after posting the video of his traffic stop on YouTube. Garber could spend up to 16 years in prison because the recording between an officer and suspect is considered private, and posting the video violates wiretap laws.

Pick Your College Roommate Online
Many universities are allowing incoming freshman to pick their own roommates using social networking tools like, RoomBug and URoomSurf. Students answer a few questions about themselves regarding their personalities, cleanliness and study habits, and are matched with other students based on their compatibility.

Vonage has released two new apps for the iPhone and Android phones, that lets you call your Facebook friends nationally and internationally, for free. Calls can be connected over Wi-Fi or 3G. Sign up, invite your friends and start talking.
