AT&T finished last in Consumer Reports’ annual customer satisfaction survey. AT&T has ranked last two years in a row, with customers complaining about poor voice quality and customer service. The FBI and Philippine law enforcement arrested four hackers who were allegedly paid to hack AT&T’s systems.
