Students can access courses for free through a Facebook app and only pay tuition if they want to take an exam for credit. Apple has purchased real estate from Hewlett Packard, allowing Apple to expand its headquarters in Cupertino, California. The new office space is on 98 acres of land and will double the size of Apple’s home base. Apple has 46,000 employees worldwide and is continuing to grow rapidly.
