LG

LG At LG, Life’s Good. The company in well-known for its mobile devices, TV, audio and video gear, home appliances, computer products, commercial products and more. Time and time again LG has set itself apart with their innovation and awesome products. Take, for instance, their Optimus G, the company’s flagship smartphone. Packed with the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4, a blazing fast 1.5 GHz quad-core processor, it’s not only one of the fastest phones on the market but one of the most powerful, too. It allocates the work it needs to do to each of the four cores, making it one of the smartest and hardest working phones out there. The Optimus G’s benefits go beyond its hardware. LG re-invented multitasking with what it calls Q-Tasking. This is one of the coolest functions I’ve seen on a phone; LG’s QSlide Function lets you simultaneously see two functions at once via transparent layers to maximize onscreen multitasking. Watching a video while texting a friend? Now, you don’t have to choose between them – have the video in the background with a transparent texting overlay on top of it. Q-Tasking also lets you creatively capture and share ideas with QuickMemo. All you have to do is draw or write over pictures and screen caps, using nothing more than a finger and a little imagination. The Optimus G also features live zooming, allowing you to zoom in on the smallest details when watching recorded videos. Because it has so much power, it’s able to do this seamlessly, without a hiccup. The Optimus G is only a third of an inch thick and weighs barely more than five ounces. All that power in that sleek, sexy case? Sign me up. Like I said, LG is more than just mobile devices, while you’re here check out the LG’s new 84″ UltraHD TV, it will take your breath away. Also, be sure to have a look at how LG is thinking about life in a connected kitchen.
