Cisco

Cisco is primarily known for designing, manufacturing and selling networking equipment. What makes it even more prominent and widely known is that it doesn’t just focus on one particular group; instead, it targets users at the enterprise level, the small businesses and even ordinary consumers like you and me.

Network routers have become commonplace in our homes.  And Cisco’s Linksys line features some of the best wired and wireless routers available.  Check out the Linksys Smart WiFi routers and the apps that go with them.  Confusing setup and operation is a thing of the past thanks to a new service called, a Linksys Smart Wi-Fi Account.  With it, you have access to Tools and mobile Apps that help you to control your home network from anywhere at any time, making your digital experiences easier to manage and enjoy.  While you’re here, be sure to learn about Linksys’s full line of WiFi range extenders, bridges, and powerline accessories.  You’ll also want to check out both the Linksys and Cisco lines of WiFi IP Network Cameras.  The model numbers all start with WVC, not a snappy name, but really important technology.  Of course, Cisco is famous for it’s swtiching technology, so no walk through Cisco would be complete without a stop to look at Linksys and Cisco Switches.  Switches may not excite you, but if you need to build a local area network and connect it to the Internet, Cisco is your one stop shop.

Cisco also offers connectivity solutions for small and medium sized businesses and, of course, it offers a full line of industrial routers and switches, VPNs and even voice systems. Whether you need to connect five computers or five thousand, Cisco has you covered.

Finally, Cisco’s support as an enterprise and service provider is almost too expansive to put into words. It  offers application networking services, service exchange, unified computing and servers… again, pretty much any networking need you have, Cisco is there to help you out.

Wonder if they do something I didn’t mention? I’m sure they do, so go ahead and ask.
