A website and a couple of apps caught my attention today.  The summer travel season is almost upon us and a new service called Tingo is here to save you money on your hotel. When you book your stay through Tingo.com, your reservation will be rebooked every time the price of the room is lowered. If there is a change in price, your credit card will be refunded after you check out, ensuring you get the best possible deal.  And —  An all-out app war is brewing between the Pictionary-like game Draw Something and the newest release in the Angry Birds franchise, Angry Birds Space. Draw Something started the week on top, boasting over 15 million daily users. Draw Something’s developer OMGPOP was acquired by Zynga on Wednesday, so the game’s popularity is not likely to fade anytime soon.  But Angry Birds Space flew in today to steal the top spot in Apple’s App Store. Who can resist space pigs in zero-gravity? Not me.
