U.K. Cyber-Tagging Would Ban Criminals from Web

The UK government is proposing a plan that would block cybercriminals from accessing the web. The plan includes measure to use cyber-tagging technology that would alert the authorities when a banned user breaks his sentence. You could be banned if you fail to comply with copyright infringement notices.
