NIELSEN will begin tracking HDTV homes. The first challenge is defining an “HDTV Home.”

MYSPACE will license its brand for use in China. Local entrepreneurs will use the brand to build an online presence.

OHIO UNIVERSITY has banned P2P traffic from its network. The RIAA recently identified Ohio University as the top piracy school in the US.
