Verizon announced that it’s working on a digital media utility service that will deliver on-demand content to consumer devices. Content creators will be able to automatically push digital media through Verizon’s network and have it deploy correctly for every device. A new survey shows that iPhone 4 users have nearly identical experiences whether they’re on Verizon or AT&T’s network. While satisfaction levels were nearly equal, AT&T’s iPhone users reported over twice as many dropped calls.  If call quality is your top priority, Verizon is still the better choice. A recent Comscore report reveals that one in three smartphones in the U.S. runs Google’s Android operating system. The study was a three-month average, showing 7% growth for Android handsets.
