Microsoft will offer streaming television through Xbox after partnering with Verizon and Comcast for programming. AT&T debuted its 4G Long-Term Evolution network in five major cities. Antonio, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston are now covered, with plans to bring the service to 15 total cities by year’s end.
