American Express launched its new digital payment service called Serve, which will allow users to transfer money online similarly to Paypal. Serve offers person-to-person transfers and can be funded through your bank account, credit or debit card. FBI Investigates DDoS Attacks

An FBI affidavit reveals an investigation into the distrubted denial of service attacks propagated by the groups Anonymous and 4chan. Their DDoS attacks earlier this month temporarily disabled multiple websites including PayPal, Visa and MasterCard.
