Soon after Google’s announcement of its mobile payment system, Google Wallet, eBay and PayPal are suing over stolen trade secrets. The companies claim that two executives who previously worked for PayPal, provided Google and outside companies confidential information about its systems. The same two executives helped Google develop and launch Google Wallet.
