According to data by Symanetic Intelligence, the amount of spam e-mail messages sent has decreased by 82.22% since last year. Google was denied an attempt to dismiss charges for violating the Wiretap Act. A federal judge refused the plea, stating that collecting personal data from public Wi-Fi hotspots is against the law.
