Why You Should Start a Blog Today

If you want to start a blog, I created a page that explains the best way to begin. In a nutshell, go with Bluehost as a hosting provider and use WordPress.org over Wordpress.com. There, I just saved you about a month of hassles.

OR if you already know what to do, then choose your domain right here and bring the site to life.

Below you’ll find two of my articles on why blogging will make you a more capable young professional and maybe take your career in a new direction.

101 Skills I Learned from Blogging

No, really. 101. The list contains every possible skill or lesson I have learned from News To Live By. For example, how to choose a website domain name, sell an ebook on Amazon and incorporate as an LLC. The blog is my real-world master’s degree.

9 Profound Lessons I Learned by Starting a Blog

Beyond practical skills, News To Live By has taught me the value of relationships, how to handle criticism, why I must pursue my passion and other critical life lessons.

I am always happy to answer questions about blogging, why you should do it and how to start. Email me anytime!

Now…let’s get to work!
