Hot off news that Hewlett-Packard will take another stab at building a smartphone, SlashGear has learned that the company is already testing a device code-named “Bender” running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Alleged benchmark tests reveal that the Bender has a Qualcomm S4 dual-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz and a display with a 1366 x 720-pixel HD resolution.
