HTC To Offer Remote Support For Android Phones

HTC has signed a deal to install LogMeIn Rescue software on all future HTC Adroid devices. That means instead of trying to describe the problem to HTC support over the phone or worse, trying to follow instructions to fix the problem, customer care staff will now be able to connect to the device to configure, diagnose and troubleshoot the issue.  Read the full story at The Next Web
