Tumblr Bans Blogs Promoting Self-Harm


The popular blog platform Tumblr announced that it would begin banning blogs that glorify eating disorders and self-mutilation. Tumblr has become a popular place for teens to partake in these types of communities and the company hopes its new policy will encourage them to seek help instead.
