The re-election campaign for President Obama is already underway, and is putting a lot of faith in the digirati to help give him an edge. The campaign is opening up a technology office in San Francisco, hoping to capitalize on the city’s talent to give it an edge. Obama is looking to expand on its website and mobile apps that made his organizing a force in the 2008 election.
