Kodak Suing Apple for Patent Infringement


Kodak is suing Apple for infringing on four patents related to digital imaging. The patents in violation relate to sharing photos online and would require Apple to stop selling the infringing devices like iPhones and iPods. A similar lawsuit was also filed against HTC.
