Netflix’s customer satisfaction was among the lowest in a survey conducted among holiday shoppers. After raising prices and considering splitting the company in two, the company’s rating dropped a record 7 points to 79 out of 100. Meanwhile, Amazon.com finished with the highest rating for the fourteenth time in a row.
