Apple Denied Ban on Sale of Samsung Devices


Apple has been in a legal battle with Samsumg over whether or not the company copied the designs of the iPad and iPhone. A California court denied an injunction to ban the sale of a series of Samsung devices, stating that Apple hasn’t proved they are being harmed by Samsung’s sales. Read the full article at
