AT&T Will Throttle Unlimited Data Users

AT&T recently announced that heavy users of its unlimited mobile data plan would see their speeds throttled starting October 1st.  This won’t affect the average user, but AT&T is using it as another example of why its T-Mobile buyout should be approved. Read the full article at IBTimes.com
