Amazon Fighting Online Sales Tax


Amazon is trying to push a voter initiative in California that would prevent the state from collecting sales tax on Internet purchases. The company fears that California’s new laws to collect Internet retail tax will be adopted by other states. Internet retailers could bring the state around $200 million in revenue this year alone.
