Touchscreen Patent Approved for Apple

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has finally given Apple a patent for what essentially equates to a portable device that utilizes a touchscreen for input. Apple applied for the patent in 2007 and is notorious for getting in legal battles with other tech companies over patent violations.
