Sony is finally stepping into the tablet market, recently unveiling two Android 3.0 tablets. The model codenamed S1 has a 9.4-inch screen with front and rear cameras and the S2 version has two 5.5-inch displays that fold into a clamshell. The tablets will be available worldwide in the fall.
