Many iPad 2 Purchases First-Time Buyers

Analysts estimate that up to 500,000 iPad 2s were sold over the weekend after a survey of retail stores. Apple’s iPad may be making more of an impression on larger markets now, with 70% of those surveyed first-time buyers.
