According to a report that studied federal, state and local taxes, consumers are being taxed more than ever for wireless access. While the average tax on goods is 7.4%, consumers are paying over a 16% tax for wireless service. The high cost is attributed to duplicated surcharges and a massive increase in Federal taxes for the Universal Service Fund. Read the full article at PCMag.com
