Facebook quietly announced to developers that they are granting apps access to users’ telephone numbers and home addresses. By employing the I-forgot-to-opt-out strategy, Facebook can feed your contact information to any app that requests it unless you deny the access. The next time you add a Facebook app, make sure you actually read what information they want in return.
