Online Advertisers Favor Facebook


ComScore is reporting that Facebook delivered 297 billion online display ad impressions last quarter, which accounted for 23 percent of the total market share. Yahoo came in a distant second, serving over 140 billion ads. In total, there were 1.3 trillion display ads delivered last quarter, and the average U.S. Internet user viewed over 6,000 display ads.
