A study from Oxford University showed that broadband quality around the world has improved by 50 percent in the last three years. The average global download speed rose from 3.27 Mbps in 2008 to 5.92Mbps in 2010. South Korea has the highest broadband quality in the world, with download speeds of 33.5Mbps.
