Coinbase’s remarkably clever “Less talk, more Bitcoin” Super Bowl TV commercial was so effective that it appears to have broken the internet. (The site was down for a while during the game.) The 60-second TV commercial featured a bouncing QR code that led to an offer of $15 in free bitcoin (BTC) for new signups. The deadline for signups is 2/15, and you can go directly to drops.coinbase.com if you’re interested. Existing account holders can opt in at the same site to enter to win one of three $1 million prizes.
