In 2021, I was named the Professor of Advanced Media in Residence at the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. My experience has been awesome! I’ve taught amazing students in the new media management master’s program, met brilliant faculty members, and had the opportunity to interact with some extraordinary colleagues. This led to an idea.
We created the Newhouse Advanced Media Lab Series: events designed to bring experts from academia, corporate, and government together to focus on the future of technology, media, and entertainment. It’s an ongoing series of events (held in-person and viewable online) where industry leaders explore the most important topics across the new media landscape as well as their potential impact on traditional media, advertising, and marketing.
