Netflix’s customer satisfaction was among the lowest in a survey conducted among holiday shoppers. After raising prices and considering splitting the company in two, the company’s rating dropped a record 7 points to 79 out of 100. Meanwhile, Amazon.com finished with the highest rating for the fourteenth time in a row. In other news, if you’re a Verizon wireless customer and experiencing problems with your 4G service, you’re not the only one. Verizon experienced its third service outage this month, affecting 4G data subscribers across the United States. The company is investigating the complaints and all other service should remain unaffected. And finally, Microsoft announced that its marketplace for smartphone apps now contains around 50,000 applications. The Windows Phone Marketplace grew in size faster than Android’s and with that many apps, buying a Windows Phone is becoming a more attractive option.
