Apple released the newest version of its mobile operating system iOS 5. You can install the upgrade as long as your device is an iPhone 3GS or newer. The updates include a messenger app, taking photos without unlocking your phone and streaming your iTunes library through iCloud. In other news, the U.S. is working to build the world’s most powerful supercomputer by 2013. The Department of Energy will use it to research ways to make more efficient power sources. The computer would be powerful enough to simulate lifecycles of nuclear power plants. And finally, a study revealed that over half of 165 highly visited websites regularly share your username with third party companies. Usually your information is given to advertisers to provide relevant ads, but many do after simple things like changing your settings or forgetting your password.
