Amazon has banned one of its best-selling e-Books from the Kindle Bookstore. Phillip R. Greaves’s book ‘The Pedophile’s Guide to Love and Pleasure: A Child-Lover’s Code of Conduct’ was listed as one of the top 100 selling books on the site. Not wanting to act as a censor, Amazon initially ignored the hoards of requests to remove the book, but eventually decided to remove the title.
