Lawsuit Claims Windows Phone 7 Tracks Users’ Location Without Consent

According to a lawsuit filed in a district court, Microsoft is collecting Windows Phone 7 users’ location data through the camera application. When the app opens for the first time you choose whether or not you’d like your information to be collected, but regardless of your choice, the phone still transmits the data.
