Txt messaging has become so popular that the FCC wants people to be able to txt 911 in case of an emergency. This would be really helpful in intruder or home invasion cases where callers need to be silent. In other news, Acer is the latest company to join in the tablet wars. The computer manufacturer will be releasing three tablets early next year that will run either Windows 7 or Google’s Android operating systems.
