Verizon Says, "No" To Google Nexus One!

Verizon Says No To Nexus One: Verizon is ditching Google’s Nexus One in favor of HTC’s new Incredible. The move comes just months after Google unveiled the phone, which was supposed to debut on the nations most popular wireless network. Instead, Verizon will be home to HTC’s new Incredible, which features a more powerful version of the Android operating system, and is considered by many to be a better phone.

RIM Announces New OS: Research in Motion announced that the Blackberry will get an OS update. OS 6.0 will feature a more powerful web browser, as well as a customizable homepage and an improved user interface, which RIM hopes will make the BlackBerry more attractive. The new OS won’t be available for a few months, but RIM is already noting that some BB users will strike out, as it will only be available for select touchscreen and trackpad phones.

Apple Goes After Gizmodo Employee: Apple is striking back at Gizmodo for publishing pics of the stolen iPhone 4g. Yesterday, officials confiscated four computers and two servers from Gizmodo Editor Jason Chen’s “home without him present.”
