Dropbox Now Lets You See Links You’ve Clicked from Other Users

If you are a Dropbox user, you are acutely aware of the number of content links that your friends, family, and coworkers will send you. It can become confusing. Happily,Dropbox has released a new feature today that will track what content you have visited via shared links. Now, you can keep close tabs on just what you have seen, either for proof – I did see that – or simply to help you track what you have seen and resurface the same bits of Internet. Dropbox is a competitor in the cloud storage and file syncing business. It’s opponents, Google Drive, Microsoft’s SkyDrive, Box, and others, compete with it for market share in a growing consumer and enterprise niche. Its success is component to the larger trend towards cloud computing storage. The company is widely tipped to be heading towards a public offering in the next year.
