The Canadian government is deciding whether or not to reject a controversial decision by the Canadian radio-television and Telecommunications Commission that allows usage-based Internet billing. They have until March 1st to approve, reject or send the decision back for review. The usage-caps affect retail customers as well as small ISPs who rent network access from larger providers.
