Apple signed a deal with the mainly Mississippi-based wireless carrier C Spire that lets them sell the iPhone 4S. The company serves less than a million customers and the deal is confusing to companies like Sprint who had to pay an arm and a leg for selling privileges. What’s in it for Apple?
